I was inspired by a man I saw on a commuter train during rush hour. On a crowded train we were unable to get seats, so we were standing by the door. Exhausted, the man sat on his bag and his clasped his hands together. As he rested, I was struck by the simple yet powerful act of one leaving the struggles of the tangible , material world for a more peaceful one inside one’s own mind.
