I make art as a dialogue with, as well as statement to, the viewer. We each see the world in a unique way. But what is reality? Are we individuals with separate realities and existences, or are we connected by the gossamer strings of common experience. Whether a commonplace or more fanciful subject, a scene or living being, my goal is always connection with the viewer to provoke thought or simply inspire with a beautiful image. I extend a hand to include the viewer in the observation of that common experience fashioned from color, line, and perspective. Together, I hope we can share the feelings conjured by those images.
Robin Miller Corini: Joy
My name is Robin Corini. This piece is watercolor pencil. It is a soft medium especially suited to depict the tenderness of a young father with his firstborn.
