Maureen Bennett: Dance Mandala 1

Maureen Bennett: Dance Mandala 1

SKU: 781.

The self-quarantined time which is still on-going due to the Covid-19 pandemic has given me the inspiration and focus to create mandalas. I do this with a sense of urgency and deep intention to share with others. All the artwork is inspired by the natural surroundings of my yard and woodlands in northern NJ. The genesis of the designs comes from combining my drawings of dancers with nature in situ. Whether the colors and patterns are extreme or sublime, the compositions give pause for peace and balance.
