An artist, teacher and single mom with an overfull life, has created these images in the fragments of time between the crowd of joys and burdens and in the break from pushing forward and staying focused. These images document the spirit’s determination to create and exist in an open space. A quiet meditation on shifting focus, on breathing in and breathing out, on looking up and within, on making a peaceful space inside of a busy one where silence and stillness heals if only for a few seconds.
