Artist’s Statement My painting has developed through many phases of media. Presently I enjoy the texture and diversity of oils, acrylic , watermedia and collage elements on a variety of support surfaces. My subject matter has evolved from strongly representational to purely abstract. I give deliberate intent toward movement and emotion through my palette, brushstrokes, and texture. I work to engage the viewer for a shared creative experience. I rely on forms and subjects from my life which move me to create.
