I?m an artist who has lived his whole life in the New York/New Jersey area. While I paint abstractly I have recently begun a realistic series called, ?The Diner of Lost Souls.? It is a nocturne story with character revolved around a North Jersey Diner. These are a collection of characters-some forgotten by society. The story upholds the adage that ?nothing good happens after midnight. ? The theme takes inspiration from the cinema specific to Film Noir, Twin Peaks, Twilight Zone and Quentin Tarentino exploring the dark side of life that happens in the wee hours.
Gregg Rosen: Structural Landscape #56
Geometric abstraction which has a gestural language as well. I used both brushes and a squeegee on this piece.
