Eleni Litt is a teaching artist who tells a story or expresses a feeling with line, color, form, and words. She loves to make art in community and to find the stories that emerge from playing with shapes, colors, and ideas. She has a PhD in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics as well as Certificates in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design, and Creative Arts Therapies from The New School where she works as Associate Provost of Faculty Affairs.

The world as we know it is coming apart. Both disease and racism are challenging the very foundations of our cities — waiting to be reborn anew. This piece, called Urban Entropy (paint and mixed media collage), points to beauty, even hope, in destruction and change.
