Triptych made from in-camera altered landscape in Umbria, Italy. A curious thing happens when shooting a panorama from a moving vehicle, something I’ve experimented with from cars, busses, trains and runways over the past few years. The resulting images appear as how I might remember a scene that I’ve witnessed in a flash, recalling only bits and pieces, and often distorted as if in a dream.
