Born and raised in New Jersey, Andrea Giordano is a Montclair State University alumnus formally educated in Biology. Throughout her scientific education, she continued to study art electively to balance her knowledge and interests. Having lived in Bergen, Essex, and Morris Counties, she eventually settled in Somerset where she studied oil painting both privately at home and at the Center for Contemporary Art. As a lover of nature, Andrea frequents parks and coastal areas both in and out of state.
AGFineArt: Lavallette
“Lavalette” was inspired by a day trip to the beach in early spring, when the beach was empty and the sun had just began to tip away from the ocean and move toward the bay.
