For a series of panoramas taken in nearby Brookdale Park I’ve altered the landscapes into a shape I was curious to see.  I’m attracted to fallen trees and stumps that will either be removed or allowed to decay over time.  I like to think I’ve given them a parting shot and stature and recognition that they might only have had when young and healthy.  The idea started after capturing quick panoramas with my phone’s camera during a daily walk.  I then returned to recapture the images with a professional camera using a stitching technique.
