Using collage, paint, and a variety of mark-making tools in my mixed-media paintings, I am drawn to create texture, depth, juxtapositions, and a sense of hide-and-seek that pushes 2-dimensionality, sometimes concealing, sometimes revealing what’s underneath, and hopefully bringing the viewer in to a never-before-seen world and space apart.
