Artist Statement As an artist i tend to utilize bold, bright and brilliant color. When i paint primary my work is figurative in form but at times I enjoy developing my contemporary Abstraction Expressionism. My medium of choice can vary from acrylics, mix mediums collage with materials. The strong sense of patterns, textures and colors which all creates great organic movement into my artwork.The colors I use in the fabrics are used as extension of color theory and complimentary colors, The use of fabric is to displays a consistent flow of energy that is infinite. This creativity has texture and the notion to attract the viewer to touch them. My themes are inspired by jazz scenes, family and religious from basic life inspiration as i travel my views of just studying people. My passion is felt with each painting along with a sense of calm.
